Yes, you can choose your location for an additional €25. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Please feel free to specify them when making your reservation.

You can book multiple accommodations at once directly on our website. When booking, simply specify that you would like to be next to each other. The option to choose your location is charged at €25.

Options can be added directly when booking online, or later at reception, subject to availability.

Changes can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. All requests must be made in writing to the following email address: verdon@campingsliberte.com

The booking confirmation is sent automatically by email after payment. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or double-check that your email address is spelled correctly. Otherwise, you can ask us to resend it by emailing verdon@campingsliberte.com or calling +33 9 71 11 79 90.

We accept: credit cards, checks, vacation vouchers, and cash.

Yes, you can pay for your stay in installments. A deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance can be paid in one or more installments. When paying online, PayPal is available and allows you to pay in four installments, according to the terms and conditions offered by the service.

INSURANCE AND CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, interruption, or postponement of arrival, regardless of the cause (illness, accident, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), the balance remains due and no refund will be granted. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance when making your reservation.

The campground accepts no responsibility. We advise you to check your personal insurance coverage.

ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE, AND RECEPTION

Check-in is from 4:00 PM for rental accommodations and from 3:00 PM for campsites.

You can continue to enjoy the lagoon even after you have vacated your pitch or mobile home.

If you wish to extend your stay by a few hours, late check-out is available during low season for a fee of €15 (subject to availability).

We have a late arrival procedure: simply notify the campground in advance, and we will provide you with all the instructions you need to easily access your accommodation.

During low season, the reception desk is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. During high season, it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Yes, our showers, toilets, and sinks are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the common areas.

The campground offers various models of mobile homes, ranging from comfort to luxury. Amenities vary depending on the model chosen.

Yes, our 3-bedroom mobile homes are specially designed to comfortably accommodate large families of up to 7 people.

Up to 6 people per site, and up to 12 people on Family & Friends sites.

All sites have a parking space.

Only one vehicle per site or rental unit is permitted.

Yes, all our pitches have electrical hookups. However, charging electric vehicles on the campground is not permitted. Charging stations are available nearby; please ask at reception for information on the nearest stations.

The campground offers 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom mobile homes ranging from the comfort range to the prestige range.

Yes, refrigerators are available for rent at a rate of €10 per day. You can also rent furniture, a barbecue, and other options, either when you make your reservation on our website or directly at the reception desk, subject to availability.

A baby kit including a bed with mattress, high chair, and bathtub is available for rent at a rate of €7 per day. We recommend reserving in advance, as quantities are limited.

All accommodations are equipped with a filter coffee maker.

We recommend that you bring your own dish towels, dish soap, and food items (oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The welcome kit provided upon arrival includes only a cleaning kit: a sponge, a small amount of dish soap, a trash bag, toilet paper, a microfiber cloth, and a pod of cleaning solution.

The size of the beds varies depending on the accommodation booked. You can find this information in the accommodation descriptions. The campsite team is also available to provide you with this information.

Yes, a deposit of €250 (by credit card or check) is required for each rental stay.

The campsite offers many services: open-air café, lagoon, fully equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer), bread delivery, grocery store, games available to borrow, sports fields, pétanque area, children's areas, teen area, and more.

Laundry detergent can be purchased at the laundromat.

Yes, dogs are allowed at the campsite. Pets are welcome at Campings Liberté, with the exception of category 1 and 2 dogs. An up-to-date vaccination record is required. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the campsite and must be walked outside. Bags are provided for picking up after your dog.

Yes, barbecues are permitted. You can use your own barbecue or rent one from reception, along with planchas. However, charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited. We ask that you exercise extreme caution when using them and ensure that they are completely extinguished.

Our campgrounds are not open in winter. They welcome travelers from April to the end of September.

For safety and insurance reasons, minors must be accompanied by their legal guardians.

GUINGUETTE AND SHOPS

Yes, there is a grocery store and bread depot available at the campground. Hours vary depending on the season. Bread and pastries are baked on site, so you don't need to place your order the day before.

A grocery store is available on site. During high season, it is open every day from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. During low season, it is open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. during high season.

If you have any plastic wrap, salt, pasta, rice, or other groceries left over that you don't want to take with you, rather than throwing them away, drop them off in our "hanging basket." They will make the next campers happy and save them a little money. A little solidarity and anti-waste, we say yes.

LEISURE AND ACTIVITIES

The lagoon is neither covered nor heated.

Open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during high season and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during low season.

No, the lagoon is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the campground.

There is a beach on the shores of Lake Artignosc, a 10-minute walk from the campground.

Yes, activities are offered every day during high season. The schedule is available at reception and can also be viewed on our website right here.

All activities offered are free and included in the price of your stay (excluding themed meals, etc.).

Children aged 6 and over are welcome at the Kids' Club.

No. You can find rental services available at the water sports center located 600 meters away.

Yes, the campground has a cabin dedicated to children, designed as a space for play and relaxation. Access and use of the cabin are the responsibility of parents. For opening hours and rules of use, please inquire directly at the reception desk.

Yes, a teen cabin is available for teenagers to use as a meeting place and for activities. Just ask for the keys at reception (the cabin is open during reception opening hours).

No, access to the campground's shared recreational areas is included in the price of your stay, except for specific activities or entertainment that are marked as paid services.

LINEN, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, AND OPTIONS

Towels are not provided. Towel kits are available at an additional cost when booking (€12 per kit). Each kit includes 1 large towel, 1 small towel, and 1 bath mat—i.e., 1 kit = 1 person.

Sheets are not provided in most of our mobile homes (except for the Prestige range). Bed linen kits are available at an additional cost when booking (€17 per kit). Each kit includes 2 pillowcases, a sheet, and a duvet cover. A children's kit is also available at the same price, with 1 kit per child.

Accommodations must be left clean. If, during the inventory check, the cleanliness is not deemed satisfactory, the cleaning fee may be deducted from the deposit. A cleaning fee is also available at the time of booking, either when you book online or directly at reception, at a rate of €90. Finally, for a completely stress-free stay, we offer the Prestige option at €250, which includes the provision of bed linen on arrival and cleaning at the end of your stay.
